Format: Players will make a 40 card deck using the kit he receives and basic energy cards baydragon provides. NO other cards may be used aside from basic energies. Tournament Games will be played with 4 PRIZE CARDS instead of the normal 6. Prize detail to be announced soon when more info is available.
Entry fee: $40
After prerelease: everyone receives 3 new boosters, plus more for top finishers.
